2)  Pre-Approval with Lender contact information
3)  Proof of funds (down payment)
4)  Copy of deposit check
5)  Short sale addendum (be sure to complete item A and B)
6)  Agency with Buyer & Buyers agent

Note: This is a short sale.  Negotiation is in the beginning stages.  Seller's has 2 liens 1st is Wells Fargo and the 2nd lien is a private party.  FHA offers will be considered.
